Have you heard about "HIMALAYA HERBALS"?

How I found out about the product?

I honestly don't know about the brand before. I just happened to be a member of SampleRoom.ph where I got these products from and then I found these products. (I'll talk about sampleroom.ph on my other blog next time.)

Anyway, so I was so curious if this brand really works, I did some research and found out that it has a lot of good reviews. So I decided to get it.

About the Packaging and Price

Both have the same plastic packaging, the only difference is that the Whitening Wash has a transparent container, while the Apricot Scrub has the all white feels.

Himalaya Herbals Clear Complexion Whitening Facial Wash has two variants which are the 50 ml (PHP 84.00) and 100 ml (PHP 149.00). Mine is in 100 ml.

Himalaya Herbals Gentle Exfoliating Apricot Scrub I believe they only have one size which is in 50 ml (PHP 99.00).

I actually love this product itself, it really whitens my complexion by just using it for 5 days (and still using it), and it really does clean my face. You guys know, I use lip and cheek tint and I tend to use makeup remover every day but this really does help me clean my face out of makeup, unlike the other brands I used.

I also have a bad oily skin problem, and ever since I used the product I've been noticing that I'm not that oily anymore. I mean, after 5-6 hours yes, I can feel oiliness. But let me share a story, so I usually prepare around 7 am and will commute my way to the office, sometimes using ANGKAS which is a motorbike service app or by Jeepney. My point is before I get into the office my face is SO oily that I tend to rush my self out of the elevator to the restroom just to wash my face again! But when I started using the Clear Complexion Whitening Face Wash, no need to rush, no oiliness in just 1-2 hours. So this product really stole my heart, I swear!

The product itself is not harmful, it does not feel strange when you put it on your face, and it does smell good, no tingling effect and it does not have that stinging pain feeling at all even if I had some open wounds on my face.

Overall review of my experience using it is that the product really works for my skin and I am so in love with it! 😍

For this scrub, I can say that this is similar to St. Ives Apricot Scrub, I've used the St. Ives and I can say that for me, it does the same thing. The difference is that the St. Ives is a lot more expensive and well-known of course.

I used it every other night after the whitening wash and after that, it really gives that freshness feeling on my face. Even my Dad uses this product! We both love how it feels on our skin, and it smells good.

This product is not harmful as well, same as the Whitening Wash, no stinging pain feeling even on open wounds.

For now, that's the only thing I can say about the product. Since I used the Whitening wash more often like 2-3 times a day not unlike for this scrub which I only used before bed and 4 times since I had it.

Overall experience, I must say that I like this more than St. Ives since this is a lot cheaper and have the same effect on me.

WILL I BUY IT AGAIN? -  Yes, I will. I must! I really want to see how it will work for me when I continue using the product, so I will say yes.

WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS? - Yes, I can recommend it, but I can't guarantee since it will still depend on how your skin will react to it. :)
