June 10, was my appointment with the clinic, it is located in 81 Xavier Residences Greenhills in San Juan. It has a comfortable and clean aura from the outside and once you enter the clinic, it really feels like you are away from everything. It sounds and feels relaxing. Especially with a pretty smiling nurse on their front desk. Who wouldn't love that, right?

I was assisted by two lovely ladies. Procedures usually take 30-45 mins. First, they put on the Laser Pads, directly on the skin for about 10 minutes per side, so they started on my right side and then 10 minutes on my left again. After that, they’ll put a white cooling gel on the area that is going to be treated, and then they will now proceed to the Infrared Laser Massager, it feels like it’s sucking all your muscles but it’s not painful, it just feels weird. It took them 15 minutes or so.

After the treatment, I lose 3 cm on the upper and middle part of my tummy and 2cm on the bottom part. I can say that it does work well. :)

Would I try it again?

Yes, definitely . I have the numbers and I saw how the treatment works for me, the thing is it’s not that pricey but it’s actually outside of the budget as a Single Mom, so I would really say that it needs money and it needs discipline on diet and exercise. BUT I promise myself to try and do it again, soon. :)

Would I recommend it to my friends and family?

Yes, I will. I have the numbers to give as an example to them. I have my story to tell based on my experience. As mentioned, it does cost something but it does help you a lot. So if ever you really need to have that nice body that you want I would suggest trying this, because again, I have the numbers to prove that this treatment is safe and it does work perfectly fine. Just needs discipline! :)
